Return & Refund Policy

At Santa Barbara Bridal Collective, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.


Exchanges for Store Credit

Exchanges may be approved for store credit only within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase, subject to eligibility.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.


Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Accessories, including veils, earrings, hair accessories, and purses

  • Sale items

  • Special orders

  • Items marked Final Sale


Hygiene & Wearable Items

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, wearable items — including bridal dresses, veils, earrings, jackets, and hair accessories — must remain unworn and unaltered. Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description so we may assist you.
